July 21, 2009 Board Meeting Agenda Item #58 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #0501 FOR LIFT STATION INSTALLATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE SERVICE AND DOMESTIC WATER TESTING Description Bids to provide 'Lift Station Installation, Repair, Maintenance Service and Domestic Water Testing' were received from five vendors on June 16, 2009. The bid of Stahlman England Irrigation, Inc. was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications. This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Stahlman England Irrigation, Inc. to provide 'Lift Station Installation, Repair, Maintenance Service and Domestic Water Testing' in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
